Favorite Library:
my library!
Technologies You Enjoy:
my iPod, iPhoto, my iBook (are you seeing a trend here...), my Canon PowerShot, OCLC Dewey Cutter Program for your desktop , blogging, MS Word in Office 2007, double-stick tape (it's like gold here in the children's room).
About Me:
Hi! I've been the head of children's services at a library in southeastern MA for about a year now. This is my first job out of library school and my first position with supervisor responsibilities. Many of our patrons AND our staff do not have access to technology and/or struggle with tech. issues. But we are trying. Btw- my profile pic is our library hamster, Scooter!

Hello!

Hello!

This isn't my first time blogging, but it is my first time finding a community of youth services librarians on the web! I'm always looking for new ideas on how to integrate technology into the Children's Room as well as ways of solving problems. So let me know what you're up to at your library!
